Today, the next chapter is alive and thriving. Alongside Domenica, and under the direction of her daughter Gisa, Il Gabbiano has grown into a dedicated catering kitchen created to share the same warmth, authenticity, and homemade flavor wherever your event takes place.

You will still find Domenica in the kitchen every week, assembling her famous lasagna, perfecting her tomato sauce, and keeping the heart of Il Gabbiano alive so every dish feels like it came from her table.
